Hi, this is the only official website and booking.com is the only online booking platform used. B.com will show availability and recent pictures of property/ rooms / facilities etc. Other websites may include inaccurate and out-of-date information, and some booking platforms will show false rates and no availability, when they have no access to booking calendar.

Direct bookings are always preferred in cash or bank transfer. Book through booking.com for card payments and associated benefits, but be mindful that I do not have capacity to access or change your booking.

Breakfasts can be purchased [in cash or UK bank transfer only] at the property for an extra £9.50 per person for standard English cooked breakfast [or £7.50 for light continental / children's], payable at property. Breakfasts served and run from 0800 to 0930 at weekend, and 0700 to 0900 in the week. Timings and preferences agreed the night before, subject to availability and operational efficiency.

Check-in: Mon - Friday & Sunday 4.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.

Saturday: 14.00

Check-out is 10.30.

Please advise and update on ETA. Earlier check in by arrangement only, rooms may not be ready earlier but keys may be collected, car parked and luggage dropped off. If arrive early without prior arrangement I might not be in property to facilitate entry and check-in.

It is worth viewing picture of outside property [sent with b.com confirmation] so can identify from street on arrival. Turn into property up drive to car park [1 bay per room]. Main door, which is locked, is facing trees by steps and accessible ramp. Have a mobile phone handy to call 07980943883 for access.

Rooms need to be ventilated in the day and will be attended to between 10.30 a.m. and 13.00 a.m.

Guest House is compliant with all health and safety regulations [Food Hygiene Rating 5], business insurance requirements and Approved with Visit Wales.

Rates offered are based on occupancy, not room. Rates can be significantly higher when there are special events in Cardiff and local area.

ROOMS:

FAMILY 'SUITE' - Consists of 2 adjoining connecting loft rooms on 2nd floor; steeper staircase which would not suit anybody with mobility or fitness issues! 1 room has 2 single beds and ensuite shower; other room 1 double bed.

In winter months only the smaller Twin (part of suite) on upper floor is open and advertised for operational reasons.

In rare summer heatwave [later check in advised] can be quite hot between 15.00 - 18.00 but mitigated if a breeze with all velux windows open and blinds down.

STANDARD DOUBLE - ensuite shower.

GROUND FLOOR DOUBLE / ACCESSIBLE BY WHEELCHAIR - with open wet room shower ensuite.

DOUBLE - ensuite shower.

TWIN x 2 1 Twin is on 1st Floor, other on 2nd Floor [note advice about stairs / mobility.
